We collect your full name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, and payment details (card or mobile wallet). We also log your device type, operating system, and IP address. This information helps us verify your identity, process deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, and detect fraudulent activity on your account.

We keep your account data active while you play with us. After you close your account, we retain it for seven years to resolve disputes, verify withdrawal records, and comply with local financial reporting laws. After seven years, we permanently delete your data from our servers.

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Privacy & Security, and click Download My Data. You'll receive a complete export of your profile, game history, and payment records within 24 hours as a downloadable file. You can also email [email protected] to request this.

Only our payments team and the processor (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) handling your transaction. We never see your full card number or wallet password. Payment data is encrypted end-to-end; we store only the last four digits and transaction ID for your records and dispute resolution.
